Our standard delivery charge, for delivery within the UK, is at a flat rate of £3.99 per order.

Returns:

If the goods purchased are faulty or significantly not as described we will exchange items on a like for like basis only, except where the faulty items are no longer available whereby a credit note will be issued to you. All returns must be accompanied by our returns form and must include our "RIN" (Returned Item Number) which will be provided to you by email. If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 3 days of recieving your order. Be assurred that we will do every thing we can to make sure that your costume arrives in time for your big event.
